Roles and Responsibilities
Position:Deputy Manager- CASA Sales
CTC:Up to 4 LPA + Incentives
Exp.2.5 to 3 Yrs. in CASA sales from Banking/NBFC Industry
Location:Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum
1.Acquisition of New Client (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
2.Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
3.Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention.
4.Maintaining Avg. Quarterly Balance.
5.Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads.
6.Cross selling of MF, Gold Loan, FD, Insurance and asset products.
Must have own two-wheeler and all valid documents.
Good communication skills.
Having own existing customer base would be a plus.
2.5 to 3 yrs. CASA Sales from Banking/NBFC industry.
Must be willing to join within 30 days.
