- Developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer(HNI) relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
- Cross-sells bank products to the existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
- Originate/Develop new and expands existing HNI relationships for liabilities, specifically and across the range of KMBL product offering.
- Develop a database for lead generation, identifies market segments, strategies with acquisition channel.
- Plan and Conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements.
- Coordinate with other group companies to provide bank customers with seamless access to other group products.
