File Disbursed to fulfil the Committed Numbers by End of the Day.
Giving training to the Stakeholders about Process Enhancement.
Enhancing existing Process by giving Kaizen Ideas which helped in saving
Over Utilization of Man Power.
Presentation of Different Kaizen Ideas on National and International
Keeping Track of Physical Data in Excel for all the Inward and Outward
Keeping Track of all Original Documents.
Maintaining Worksheets for Different Vouchers.
Maintaining Physical records for all the List of Documents.
Customer Service – Assisting Customer Service Team in Handling Walk In
Customers for the purpose of – Foreclosure, Part Payment, Statement of
Account, Repayment Schedule, NACH Related Issue or Any other General
Getting E Nach Register on an Online Platform.
Keeping update on the Monthly and Annual Audits of the Branch.
